Today’s the day

I turn fourteen years old,

the party is now underway.

I’m filled with joy,

the guests are all my friends,

it’s good to converse through no toys.

how come for so long this was missed.

The birthday passed,

adjustments must be made,

old moves are no longer a blast.

It’s now quite plain

my childhood is at end,

some skills of grown-ups I’mma gain.

This might improve

with my ID in hands,

my dance now includes one more move.
