1. This is the line which seems to differ the most between what is written in the lyric book, and therefore in the lyrics as I've transcribed them there, and what is actually sung. I'm doubtful I've guessed entirely correctly that this is a) an idiom and b) what it means, but it's the translation that seems to make the most sense. Literally it would be 'enough is to have/be had when...'2. I had to be quite liberal with some of these lines, this one literally being something like 'When the disease and surrender, yet/how you shall keep quiet'.3. Though not 100% defined as such in the original lyrics, I would assume the fire to be the person's 'internal' fire, rather than one in the room/place they're in.4. Literally 'driving', but 'wielding' makes more sense in English despite not being a normal translation of the verb.
