Our trip began like so

Four ordinary swedish tourists

In an old broken-down Renault

We were going different places

We were all pretty well-traveled

And came up with lots of ideas

On new and exciting places

Where one could stay for a day

Far out in Germany's moors

We got stopped by a transport

A convoy of Nato-rockets

On its way to an unknown place

It was death we saw there it slowly

Slid out of a steel-gray parade

Every fighting-tip's got a number

That stands for a certain city

"I know a guy in Greece"

Said Lena "He's in a bar

Athen's the name of the city he lives in

Wonder what number it's got"

In Provence the moutains are red,

And the citrus flower white

Number C 87 is the robot

That waits for arrival there

"It was here that it all started" said Peter

That'd been a quiet long while

From Europe came Cook and Columbus

And it was here that the earth turned round
