Sometimes it's endlessly far away

I have never got to know the calmness

That connects everything

Short night, much lighter than long days

A small part of it you cannot keep away from me

And I tumble through a huge labyrinth

No solid ground on which I stand

Fragile are the days

Flawed are the ways on which I tread

I stand still, yet everything goes on

A passenger of my own life sometimes

I realize the extent, I am desperately happy

We simply watch how the sky burns up

And wait for what remains, if appearances are deceitful

Or if not the first change brings

Back everything

Tell me, do you also search for the nearness in the distance most of the times

Do you yearn for new things

But still stand on the old ground

I steal a laughter, like to count the hours far too much
