1. intentional mispronounciation of "What's a matter you", a slang, famously Italian American catch phrase. Can mean "what's the matter with you" or even just "how's it going"2. I'm not sure if it's intentional repetition of the first syllable, or if Weird Al is using the the correct definite article "la" intentionally to create an illusion of repetition (mimicking the repetition in the original song "La Bamba.") I transcribed it as the former3. A really terrible mispronounciation of the italian "mangia" (more like man-ja, to use English letter-to-phoneme mapping). Possible intentional.
