Every four years you offer pills like a “balls” dealer ( Every four years means elections and campaigns, during which the candidates are telling all kind of lies. “Balls” refer to the drugs)

But despite your suit, white shirt and tie

Made for us from thoughts of a better life of some dead men ( meaning our “map” was formed by the good intentions of people dead a long time ago, and this senator stains that “map”)
