Literally it's closer to "I'd take a bite out of your look!" but this fits better3. not sure if "pestañas" was meant as eyelashes here poetically, as in "now the sea is winking at me" with the girl being in the sea with him; another meaning is "tabs" as when naming folders. Perhaps it has another slang meaning by itself4.
