V blbým věku [English translation]

I missed the train, as well as the last subway,

I was never in, and suddenly I became retro.

Before I was transformed from a tadpole to the proper toad,

that has everything under control,

when I had the chance, before the last hole [1], I overslept.

I missed the train, that is how it goes,

but I do not give up, I'll take the boat.

Better than kicking the bucket, is to kick on,

and wait until the retro is in again.

I still like it - to take bets with my destiny,

and the time runs faster, that I would like.

But I still believe, that I can become something,

oh well, but what if I already have become what I could?

Yesterday I was too young, today I'm too old,

how has that happened?

Anyways, I am again in stupid years,

and I am going off the tracks, but what the hell.

Anyway all the bridges cross the same river.
