The flowers of the South Pole are already so fragrant.

The fish in the desert have started to sing.

If you still are exactly the same,

Then we can only blame time for not being long enough.

Just like my eyes already covered with frost,

My ears have married the real lies.

If you still say I’m the same as before,

Then how could you face the ridiculousness of life?

Let the winter greetings blow into the wind.

Let reunions become the things of dreams.

Let all the regrets

Become the things we supposedly forget,

Living up to that impermanence.

Where can I still find the moonlight of the past?

Every second, the starlight changes.

Don’t say your heart is still like that.

How disappointed the land and sea would be.

Let you not recognize me anymore.

Let me have courage to not let me go.

Let all the regrets

Not have to be forgotten anymore,

And let the impermanence be satisfied.

Let all the forgotten things

Forget how to forget.

Just let the impermanence be the norm.
