At the edge of day the night was reveling in silence,

Burying birds behind silvery leaves.

The mute swamp of immortality of solar winds

Was falling down on flower petals like dew.

A spark of light,

A firework blazed up somewhere and faded.

It burned bright and then burned out.

Somebody had the time to say: "A star!"

He was alone and tired, waiting for her steps.

And the icy abyss of his dilated pupils

Was looking up at the face of the glistening moon.

He was hearing laughter and dying deep down.

She had fallen asleep long ago, the dawn was warm inside her

And the moon was fading, and so was the pale smoky trail.
