With this season of A.V. Undercover now in the books—don’t worry, there’s still time to vote for your favorite Undercover this year—it’s time for The A.V. Club to give the gift of Holiday Undercover. We’ve got four of them this year, and the first one up starts the season off with a bang. Recent tourmates Craig Finn, of The Hold Steady fame, and Esmé Patterson joined forces to take on Low’s “Just Like Christmas” from the band’s 1999 Christmas EP. With an inverted snowman watching over the proceedings, flurries begin kicking up, making the whole thing feel just like Christmas. Even if it’s not like Christmas at all.
