Peter Wolf Crier cover Last Christmas

Peter Wolf Crier's two albums—the latest is the excellent Garden Of Arms—come across as much more serious than this holiday cover version might lead you to believe. Here, they tackle Wham's treacly 1984 hit "Last Christmas" with the kind of gusto a song of its stature surely deserves. There have been many covers of this song in the 27 years since it hit the charts, but we think you'll find this one the most compelling. Not as compelling as the Wham video that originally accompanied it, but pretty sweet nonetheless.
