And there was a scream

Warm my heart with your beauty

He looked for his beloved in the sky

He called her from the nest

But misfortune answered with silence

The swan couldn't fly off to faraway countries

After losing its faithful friend it was alone

Forgive me, darling, for someone else's evil

My wing couldn't save our happiness

Forgive me, darling, that on a spring day

We'll never be in the blue sky together as before

This misfortune was irreparable

He will never see his beloved again

The swan soared into the sky again

And finished its song

Folding its wings together without fear

It fell to the ground

Would that swans go on living

And the world becomes more kind

Because of the white flocks

Let swans fly through the sky over the earth

Fly over my fate to the bright world of people
