1. Wow, that was awkward as hell to translate. "Дым" by itself means "smoke", so it could be some kind of weird pun on that, but in context the only meaning it seems to have is as a repetition of the last syllable of "молодым", "young". Which is only one syllable in English, so you see my dilemma...2. The repetition in "нужен-нужен" ("need-need") just serves to emphasize the word.3. "градус" literally means "degree", which can be used for both temperature and alcohol. In context of alcohol, it basically means the alcohol proof, i.e., how much ethanol there is in a certain alcoholic drink by volume. Could be a pun on both, given the previous line?4. May or may not be interesting to note that the word used here, "че", is a colloquial and very informal way of saying "что", aka "what".
