Words made from wool

for those who need its warmth

and for whoever has no coat

and silence without the burden.

Words made from lead

that can't fly on their own

like a fine (piece of) paper in the wind

and silence made of iron.

Silence, like a bean

like the seed of a pomegranate

like the grain of a raisin and saying

very little, and very quiet.

Words made of a smell

that comes before the thunder

and after the storm

the streets smell like dust.

"I'll be quiet", this I've never said,

it's what you would've wanted to hear

when words come out

no more enter one's mouth.

By my house and my farmyard

by my roof and my balconies,

I've left the pain written
