1. "Однолюб" is a word for someone who loves only once, or is dedicated wholly to their interests without wavering. I translated it to "Monogamous" in the title because it's the closest one-word substitute I could think of. "I can't (do it)," on the other hand, sounds a bit clunky but the (do it) is implied in Russian.2. Basically "fulcrum"/"pivot". Point where the weight rests.3. "Me" is implied, since Russian omits pronouns. "верность" = basically "staying true (to)", as in "give me what I'm due for staying true to you".4. Again; "me" implied, as in "don't let me go".5. "дай повод" = give (me) a reason/cause. She's asking him to create an excuse for something, to "play along" with a look.6. Could also mean "don't reproach/scold me".
